Welcome to Crafted Kit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of craftedkit.io and engagement with our services. By using our website or commissioning custom work from Crafted Kit, you agree to these Terms.
1. Custom Services
Crafted Kit provides custom web development services including hero sections, full site builds, and interactive components. Each engagement is scoped individually based on project requirements.
2. Framer Templates
Framer templates purchased from Crafted Kit are licensed for use on a single project or website. You may not resell, redistribute, or include templates in a competing template product. Crafted Kit retains ownership of template source code; the buyer receives a commercial license to use and modify the template for their own project. We are not responsible for changes to the Framer platform that may affect template functionality.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom deliverables created for your project. Crafted Kit retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed. You may not resell or redistribute deliverables as a competing product or template.
4. Project Scope
Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined per engagement and agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope may affect timeline and cost.
5. Delivery
Project deliverables are provided digitally upon completion of each milestone or at project close, as defined in the engagement scope. Deliverables may include source code, design assets, and documentation.
6. Liability
Services are provided in good faith and to professional standards. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
